Person selections

Within this screen, you can create up to 10 of your own “Person Selections.” Once created, you will see an overview of your “Person Selections” here. These can be used when you have made a selection within a search result for a specific purpose. You can then place the selection into a “Person Selection” of your choice.

Creating a new “Person Selection”:

1. Activate the “Add” button at the top right of the screen
2. Enter the name for the “Person Selection”
   1. If you want to share the “Person Selection” with all other users within the association, check the box for “Share the contents of this selection…”
3. Activate the “Add” button
