How many points does a volunteer need to earn per season to meet the required commitment? Can volunteers pay off their commitment or be exempt from performing volunteer tasks? Here, you can set everything up so that insights are available and any related consequences can be easily handled.

1. Adjust the number of required points to be earned and/or set a regulation (Exempt or Paid off) for a selection of members, using “Person Selections.” Select the period to which the adjustment applies. Select a group of members or a “Person Selection.” Set a regulation and/or enter a number of points. Then activate the “Show selection” button.
2. Select the volunteers to be adjusted using the checkboxes on the left side of the rows, or select and deselect the entire group using the checkbox above the line.
   1. Means: Not selected.
   2. Means: Selected.
3. When selecting one or more or all volunteers, a blue bar will appear at the bottom of the screen. On the left side, it shows how many volunteers have been selected. On the right side, activate the button to adjust the points or set the regulation.
